If you have Internet connection issues here’s a few things you can try…
Turn off the router for a few minutes then turn it back on again
On the router make sure the WAN light is solid and not flashing
If the WAN light is flashing give your ISP a ring and tell them what is happening if rebooting the router didn’t fix the issue
They should run some line tests
Rebooting your computer or laptop is also a good idea
If that doesn’t work try the following…
Check on your computer or laptop what the network icon is showing
If you put your mouse curser over that icon it should be saying Network 2 (This might be any number) Internet access
If a wireless connection it might be slightly different saying what wireless your connected to also
You can also right click on that icon and click on troubleshoot
This can give you an idea of the problem you’re having
If after all these steps you’re still having problems and your ISP has said everything is fine on there end
