We are writing to inform you that the complimentary NGV email service will unfortunately be discontinued from 31st January 2024. This means that after this date, you will no longer be able to send and receive emails using your NGV email address, or access your NGV email account through the web portal.
Please note your other services including internet and phone services, which will NOT be affected by this change.
To help you transition to a new email service, we have attached some guides to this email that will show you how to create an email account with another service such as Gmail or Outlook. These services are free, secure, reliable and widely used by millions of people around the world.
We recommend that you take action as soon as possible to avoid losing any important emails or contacts. You should also notify your friends, family, colleagues and other contacts of your new email address, and update any online accounts or subscriptions that use your NGV email address.
If you’re concerned about losing your emails, we can enable a mail forwarding option for you. This means that any emails sent to your NGV email account will be automatically forwarded to another email address of your choice. We can forward any ngvemail mail to your new email address up to 31st July 2024. To activate this option, please send an email to email@example.com from your NGV email account with the following information:
• Your full name
• Your new email address

In the coming months, our technical support team will also call customers who haven’t contacted our team to ensure all customers are able to transition to another mail service as seamlessly as possible.
